Belarus and Uzbekistan launch new joint projects in agriculture and the textile industry

Within the framework of the III Forum of Regions, Belarus and Uzbekistan officially launched a series of new economic projects. The launch ceremony took place at the Belarusian agro-industrial holding company "Servolux," attended by the Deputy Prime Ministers of both countries.
Three major facilities have become operational in the regions of Uzbekistan: the first phase of the "Servolux" poultry cluster in the Tashkent region, a knitwear dyeing and drying complex in the Andijan region, and a fruit processing and shock-freezing facility in the Fergana region.
Simultaneously, the Trade House of Uzbekistan, a representative office of the Uzbek company "Art Soft," and a national cuisine restaurant named "Tashkent" were opened in Minsk. Additionally, on the sidelines of the forum, the parties signed a package of documents on cooperation in the fields of economy, science, and culture.
These new projects will enable Uzbekistan to implement advanced technologies and create jobs, while allowing Belarus to expand its exports. The opening of trade houses in Minsk will help establish direct supply chains and make Uzbek products more accessible to consumers.
