Representatives of Turkmenistan Are Participating in the Dobrino Global Forum in Yugra
Representatives of the youth wing and coordinators of social projects from Turkmenistan are participating in the All-Russian Civil Society Development Forum "Dobrino," organized by the "Rosmolodezh. Forums" platform, which kicked off in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia. This large-scale event, located in the heart of Yugra—a land of the evergreen Siberian taiga and the distinctive culture of the indigenous peoples of the North—brought together approximately 500 participants from 70 regions of Russia and nine foreign countries.
The Turkmen delegation actively engaged in the international dialogue alongside colleagues from neighboring countries to exchange practices in volunteering and implementing socially beneficial initiatives. A curious detail, announced by the organizers at the opening ceremony, was that the vast majority of the ambitious forum participants—approximately 77%—this year were women.
The forum, which runs until July 14, is divided into three thematic sessions, sequentially immersing delegates in the sustainable development of social projects. During the first session, dedicated to young coordinators, participants develop training standards for aspiring volunteer organizers.
Then, a session on developing the human resources of regional teams will take over, and the forum will conclude with a block for opinion leaders and heads of major federal movements.
For Turkmen delegates, participation in this marathon is an excellent opportunity not only to learn from the experience of creating effective social institutions and digital platforms for mutual assistance, but also to present their own humanitarian achievements to the international community, strengthening ties in the field of youth diplomacy.
