Elon Musk Loses Trillionaire Status

American entrepreneur Elon Musk is no longer the world's only trillionaire. According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, his net worth has fallen below the one-trillion-dollar mark and currently stands at $957 billion.

The decline was caused by changes in the value of shares of his companies, which serve as the basis for calculating the ranking. As a result of recent market fluctuations, Musk’s fortune decreased by $118 billion.

The historic record was set on June 12, when Musk became the first person on the planet to reach a net worth of one trillion dollars following the start of trading in shares of SpaceX. As a result, he retained trillionaire status for nearly two weeks.
