Turkmen Designer Presents Collection at Tanger Fashion Week 2026
Turkmen designer Gowher Gouvernet presented her collection at the international fashion event Tanger Fashion Week 2026, held in Tangier, Morocco.
Tanger Fashion Week 2026 took place on June 20 at the Fairmont Tazi Palace and brought together designers, fashion industry professionals, media representatives, and buyers from various countries. According to the organizers, the event aims to strengthen Tangier’s position as one of the centers of fashion, creative industries, and artistic innovation in the Mediterranean region.
In her designs, Gowher Pirkuliyeva combines traditional Turkmen ornaments, jewelry, and weaving techniques with contemporary fashion trends. Her collections preserve elements of the national cultural heritage while meeting the demands of the international fashion market. In recent years, the creations of Gowher Gouvernet have been showcased at several fashion events across Europe and the Middle East.
