A Brilliant "BRASS Evening"—an Evening of World Classical Music and Jazz—Will Bring Together Music Lovers in Ashgabat

On Saturday, June 27, Ashgabat connoisseurs of exquisite art will be treated to a vibrant musical event at the modern Iş Nokady coworking center in the Arkach shopping and entertainment center. The concert program, intriguingly titled "BRASS Evening," is entirely dedicated to the noble, powerful, and simultaneously refined sound of brass instruments.
The organizers promise to provide listeners with the special, enveloping atmosphere of a warm summer evening, where virtuoso brass passages, seamlessly harmonized with percussion instruments, will present a palette of Turkmen classical masterpieces, iconic jazz standards, and world pop hits.
The diverse genres of the "copper evening" will satisfy the most discerning music lovers. The program includes profound and soulful compositions by Nury Khalmamedov, timeless jazz standards such as "Summertime," "Take Five," "Autumn Leaves," "All of Me," "Feeling Good," and "Sway," as well as the expressive dance rhythms of "Libertango," "La Cumparsita," and "Bésame Mucho."
The evening will be especially vibrant with the legendary compositions "New York, New York," "Can't Take My Eyes Off You," "Venus," beloved soundtracks from the hit film "Aladdin," and the dynamic contemporary piece "Brooklyn." This grand musical experience will be presented by renowned Turkmen musicians, recognized masters of their craft: Dovran Gylyjov (trombone), Babaguly Goshayev (trumpet), Meylis Atayev (trumpet), Maksat Akmyradov (French horn), Ismail Atakov (tuba), and Resul Charyev (percussion).
