Turkmenistan’s Ministry of Education Announces Selection for Study in China
The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan has announced the launch of a competitive selection process for admission to higher education institutions in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China. Graduates of secondary schools and vocational institutions may apply for bachelor's degree programs for the 2026/2027 academic year.
Applications are open to citizens of Turkmenistan aged between 18 and 25 who possess secondary or secondary vocational education and have a command of the English language. The admission campaign will be conducted within a very limited timeframe, from June 16 to June 21, 2026, at the International University for the Humanities and Development (IUHD). Detailed information on available majors, quotas, and study conditions can be obtained directly from the admissions committee.
Applicants must prepare a standard set of documents translated into English. In addition to personal application forms, passports, medical certificates, and educational certificates, candidates may submit international language and academic certificates (SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, HSK) as well as CSCA examination results. Possessing such certificates, along with achievements in national or international academic Olympiads, will provide applicants with a significant advantage.

The final selection of candidates who achieve the highest scores during the document review process will take place on June 23, 2026, at IUHD in the form of an interview based on general education subjects.
