June 5, Ashgabat – Day 2 of the Turkmen Textile Expo 2026 International Exhibition

Following its successful opening, Turkmen Textile Expo 2026 continues to bring together textile industry leaders, manufacturers, designers, investors, and industry specialists from around the world in Ashgabat.

The first day of the exhibition was marked by vibrant international cooperation and business interaction. Throughout the day, numerous B2B and B2G meetings were held in the exhibition pavilions between international companies, local manufacturers, government representatives, and business delegations. The talks provided an important platform for discussing new partnerships, investment opportunities, expanding export markets, and further developing international cooperation in the textile and fashion industries.

The exhibition brought together participants from Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and neighboring countries, once again confirming the growing international interest in Turkmenistan's textile industry and its potential in the global market.

The key focus of today's program was an international scientific and practical seminar devoted entirely to sustainable development and certification of the cotton industry. International experts presented a roadmap for implementing global quality standards to senior managers and technologists from Turkmen enterprises. In today's market, environmentally friendly production and international certification are not just a passing fad, but a key entry point into the premium markets of Western Europe and America, where textile origin requirements are becoming increasingly stringent.

The networking sessions clearly demonstrated that domestic manufacturers are ready to quickly implement these innovative "green" solutions in their factories. Participants continue to actively explore new technologies, equipment, innovative solutions, and opportunities for collaboration.

Alongside the busy business track, the exhibition pavilions continue to thrive in the rhythm of haute couture. One of the main events today will be the continuation of the international fashion program. Designers and fashion houses from various countries will present new collections that combine contemporary trends, national textile heritage, and their own unique vision of fashion.

Thanks to its large-scale international participation, a rich business program, and a vibrant cultural component, Turkmen Textile Expo 2026 is cementing its status as one of the region's leading textile platforms.

Expectants and guests will enjoy new presentations, fashion shows, master classes, networking sessions, and international meetings until the Expo's conclusion on June 6. However, it is already clear that the forum in Ashgabat has successfully accomplished its primary goal: synchronizing Turkmenistan's industrial potential with current global trends.
