France has completed the construction of Europe's largest multi-family residential building created using concrete 3D-printing technology. The unique structure consists of 12 fully functional apartments that are expected to be used as social housing. The project has demonstrated in practice that innovative technologies can dramatically accelerate the construction of high-quality real estate.

The main advantage of the new technology is its remarkable speed. The building's structural shell was completed in just 34 working days. Moreover, only three operators were required on-site to oversee the entire process. For comparison, a neighboring building of similar size, constructed simultaneously using conventional methods, took approximately three months longer to complete. As a result, automation enables developers to save time and optimize labor resources.

The high-tech housing project was carried out by a team of industry professionals. The architectural concept was developed by developer Plurial Novilia in collaboration with HOBO Architecture. The actual 3D-printing work was performed by specialists from PERI 3D Construction, who used the advanced robotic construction printer COBOD BOD2 to create the building's walls.

The success of this project opens new opportunities for the global construction industry. The use of construction 3D printers helps address three major challenges at once: reducing project completion times, lowering labor costs, and enabling the rapid construction of affordable social housing for those who need it most.
