Turkmengas State Concern Announces Tender for the Purchase of Equipment
Turkmengas State Concern announces open tender No. T/GAZ-027 for the purchase of equipment for production needs.
Bids are accepted from May 21 to July 6, 2026.
The tender includes the following lots:
— Lot No. 1 — general plant equipment;
— Lot No. 2 — process equipment.
Only companies that are manufacturers of the goods and meet the requirements of the tender documentation are eligible to participate.
To participate, please submit a written application to the following address: 13th floor, UKPO, Turkmengas State Concern, 56 Archabil Avenue, Ashgabat, 1939.
The application must include the participant's full name, legal status, country of registration, and bank details. Applications from companies registered or holding bank accounts in offshore jurisdictions will not be accepted.
Bidders are welcome to review the Law of Turkmenistan "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Work, and Provision of Services for State Needs," an excerpt from the tender rules, a list of required documents, and obtain lot specifications, technical requirements, and the main terms of the contract.
The participation fee is USD 500 or the equivalent in manat per lot (excluding VAT and bank charges).
Bids will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on July 6, 2026. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
One sealed envelope containing the complete tender offer, certified with an ink seal, must be delivered to the specified address. The tender envelope must include electronic versions of the questionnaire and the main terms of the contract in Word format, as well as the technical and economic specifications in Excel format.
