On behalf of the tender committee, the Turkmennebit State Concern is re-announcing international open tender No. 164/1 for the purchase of materials and equipment for production needs.

Bids are accepted from May 16 to July 2, 2026.

The Tender Is Being Held for the Following Lot:

— Lot No. 2 — general plant, process, and drilling equipment. Only companies manufacturing the goods may participate, provided they meet the requirements of the tender documentation.

Bid submission address: Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Archabil Avenue, 56, 4th floor, Turkmennebit State Concern.

Bids from companies registered or holding bank accounts in offshore jurisdictions will not be accepted.

Participants must:

— familiarize themselves with the Law of Turkmenistan on Tenders;

— receive a list of documents, specifications, technical requirements, and contract terms;

— receive an invoice for the participation fee—USD 575 (including VAT) or the equivalent in manat per lot. The deadline for submitting proposals is 30 business days from the date of publication in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper, but no later than 12:00 PM on the 30th business day.

Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.

An invoice will be issued upon submission of your bid.

One sealed envelope containing the tender proposal, certified with an ink seal, must be delivered to the specified address. Electronic versions of the documents in Word and Excel formats must be enclosed in the envelope.
