CNPC's Turkmenistan Branch Announces Tender for the Purchase of Oil and Antifreeze
China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd.'s Turkmenistan branch announces tender No. CIT-26010-MR for the purchase of oil and antifreeze for PD(A) and PD(B) in the Bagtyyarlyk contract area.
Bid deadline: May 20 to May 26, 2026.
Tender Participation Terms
To participate in the tender, interested companies must:
1. Submit an official application indicating:
tender number and title;
full name of the participant;
legal status;
country of incorporation;
company details.
2. Obtain an invoice for the transfer of funds for the receipt of the tender documentation (ITB).
The invoice will be provided to the participant upon submission of a written application.
3. Receive the tender documentation (ITB) package upon providing:
a copy of the company representative's passport;
a copy of the general power of attorney authorizing the receipt of tender documents;
a copy of the document confirming the payment.
Applications received after the established deadline will not be considered.
