Ashgabat, April 2 | ORIENT. Today, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry's exhibition center has been transformed into a technology showcase. The universal exhibition "Cooperation and Development" brought together nearly 100 leading companies under one roof, creating a unique platform for dialogue between East and West.

Industrial Atlas: From Istanbul to Beijing. The exhibition stands out for its concentration of innovations in infrastructure. The professional community is particularly drawn to the pavilions of companies presenting the best practices of regional technology hubs.

Engineering Solutions. Smart city systems, next-generation elevator equipment, and climate control systems (HVAC-R) adapted to Central Asian conditions are widely represented.
Energy Efficiency: Dozens of foreign companies brought ready-made solutions for drip irrigation, water purification, and green energy to Ashgabat, which directly aligns with Turkmenistan's environmental agenda.
Mechanical Engineering: The Chinese automotive industry and municipal equipment from Europe and the CIS demonstrate a willingness to integrate into the urban environment of Arkadag and the rejuvenated Ashgabat.

National Content: Import Substitution in Action: Against the backdrop of their international presence, Turkmen entrepreneurs – members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs – look not just respectable, but aggressive. Today, the domestic construction industry is no longer just bricks and cement, but also complex electronics, polymers, composite materials, and furniture capable of competing with global brands.
The main message of the 2026 exhibition is the transition from simple equipment procurement to industrial cooperation. The participation of over 40 specialized companies from Turkey and delegations from China, Germany, Italy, Austria, the UAE, Russia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and elsewhere confirms that Turkmenistan is no longer simply a sales market. It is now a platform for the implementation of service models and joint ventures.
