Watching video tutorials has become more efficient thanks to a tool called Skill Seekers. This open-source program instantly converts knowledge from YouTube or Vimeo videos into a format understood by Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT.
In the latest v3.2.0 update, the developers introduced a “smart” video-processing pipeline. The system not only extracts text but also effectively “sees” what is happening on the screen: it recognizes code in editors and reads commands in terminals.
Now you no longer need to manually rewrite code from freeze frames or replay lessons multiple times. Skill Seekers automatically generates a SKILL.md file, cleaning the data from visual noise and structuring it for your AI assistant.
The main advantage of the tool is its versatility. The same result can be exported into 16 different formats without additional preparation. This saves a tremendous amount of time for programmers and anyone who uses neural networks in their work.
The tool is completely free and available on GitHub, and it can be installed via pip.
