Please send an application on the official letterhead of the Applicant to the e-mail: demirgazyksovdajoly@gmail.com. The application must be signed by an authorized person, affixed with a seal, and include the full name, legal status, country of registration, and bank details of the company.

Applications from companies with offshore accounts will not be accepted. After receiving your application, the Terms of Reference will be sent to you.

Tender proposals are accepted until March 20, 2026, 18:00 local time. Late proposals will not be considered.

Submission format: Two envelopes — Envelope «A» (General and Technical Conditions) and Envelope «B» (Financial Proposal).
