An Innovative Education Technologies Festival was held in Ashgabat on the initiative of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan. The event brought together teachers, students, and business representatives to discuss key trends, including the digitalization of education, the development of STEM methodology, and data protection. The central event of the festival was a roundtable discussion where experts addressed the professional qualifications of the future. Practical workshops on implementing modern technologies in the educational process were organized for school teachers and college instructors.
Special attention was given to cybersecurity. Students and specialists took part in thematic training sessions, while a dedicated exhibition showcased the best digital projects developed by educational institutions across the country.
An important part of the festival was the award ceremony. The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan honored specialists and educators who made a significant contribution to the development of the digital educational environment with certificates of merit and gifts.
Among the award recipients were representatives of leading universities, specialists from digital systems departments, as well as school teachers from the regions. Special prizes were also awarded to the winners of the “Cyber Competition” — students and experts who demonstrated outstanding results in the field of information security.
The festival served as an effective platform for real experience exchange.
