Today, determining the relationship between height and body weight can be done in just a few minutes online. The digital service “Height and Weight Calculator,” available in the “Healthcare System” section of the state electronic services portal e.gov.tm, continues to operate.
The service has been developed and provided by the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan. It allows users to independently calculate their Body Mass Index (BMI) based on the entered parameters. According to the calculation results, the system automatically classifies the indicator into one of the body weight categories — from underweight to various degrees of obesity — in line with the accepted medical classification.
No registration is required to use the online calculator. Users simply need to enter their height (in centimeters) and weight (in kilograms) and click the “Calculate” button. The result is displayed instantly.
This digital tool remains one of the most in-demand services on the e.gov.tm portal, contributing to increased public awareness of key health indicators and the development of electronic healthcare services.
