December 11, 12, and 13 have been declared non-working days in Turkmenistan to mark the 30th anniversary of neutrality
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree declaring additional non-working days. According to the decision announced at a Cabinet meeting on Friday, residents of the country will have four consecutive non-working days in December 2025.

In honor of the glorious 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality and the International Year of Peace and Trust, the following non-working days have been declared:
December 11 (Thursday), December 12 (Friday), and December 13 (Saturday).
Considering that these days are also joined by December 14 (Sunday), the country's population will have the opportunity to rest and celebrate this significant date for four full days.
The Head of State signed a decree declaring December 11, 12, and 13, 2025, as non-working days "in order to create favorable conditions for the country's population to solemnly celebrate the International Day of Neutrality and proper rest."
Decree No. PP-602 of December 5, 2025, is mandatory for all agencies, enterprises, and organizations, regardless of ownership.
