Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the United Arab Emirates Bayram Bayramov presented his credentials to President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The first part of the ceremony, which included the performance of national anthems before a guard of honor, took place on November 27, 2025.
The ceremony, which took place on December 1 at Qasr Al Vatan in Abu Dhabi, was attended by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Office of the UAE, and Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE.

Ambassador Bayramov conveyed warm greetings to the UAE President from the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and National Leader of the Turkmen People Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
The President of the United Arab Emirates congratulated the Turkmen diplomat on his appointment and wished him great success in further strengthening bilateral cooperation.

A key focus of the talks was the UAE delegation's participation in the upcoming International Forum dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust, as well as the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality. Ambassador Bayramov conveyed an official invitation to the UAE President to visit Turkmenistan, an important step in developing high-level bilateral contacts.

In conclusion, the Turkmen Ambassador expressed gratitude for the continued support of Turkmen-UAE cooperation and assured that he would make every effort to further develop constructive interstate relations and strengthen the bonds of friendship between the peoples of the two countries.
