Awtoyoly Group, which unites 18 companies and employs around 7,000 people, has announced recruitment for its subsidiary in the agricultural sector. The holding, with its headquarters in Ashgabat, is expanding its international operations and is seeking an Export and Import Manager.
The company emphasizes that they are looking for candidates with strong language skills, an interest in international trade, and a readiness to grow professionally within the holding’s structure.
Key responsibilities include conducting oral and written negotiations with foreign partners, preparing and analyzing commercial proposals, coordinating terms of cooperation, handling documentation for export-import operations, comparing supplier and buyer offers, as well as assessing risks, costs, and logistics. The specialist will also participate in structuring international contracts.
Candidates must be fluent in English, Turkish, and Russian; knowledge of Persian language is considered an advantage. Experience with foreign companies, understanding of international contract structures, and basic knowledge of export-import documentation are preferred. The vacancy is open to male applicants.
Conditions include working at the holding’s office (G. Kuliyev Street), provision of lunch, Monday–Saturday schedule from 09:00 to 18:00. Salary is negotiated individually.
