Demo Day 2025 — the final stage of the incubation program organized by Startup Academy in cooperation with the Technological Park of Turkmenistan — was successfully held in Ashgabat. The event, which took place on November 29, brought together startup founders, experts, and business representatives, showcasing the readiness of local teams for technological breakthroughs.
During the Demo Day, the teams presented the results of their months-long work and demonstrated their readiness to further develop their initiatives. The highlight of the event was the announcement of the winners, who showed a high level of innovation and well-developed project concepts.
• First place: Asman Khudaykuliev with “PECMA” — an intelligent AI agent designed to assist managers and entrepreneurs.
• Second place: Dina Evdokimova with the startup “Silk Road” — DIY product kits aimed at promoting Turkmen culture.
• Third place: Askar Gurbanov with “Arzuw AI Studio” — a service integrating artificial intelligence to preserve and apply traditional Turkmen wedding customs.
The event was made possible thanks to the participation of the platinum sponsor “Ynamdar.com,” the gold sponsor “Arçalyk,” as well as several silver sponsors. Demo Day 2025 confirmed the growing interest in innovation and the startup ecosystem in Turkmenistan.
