The leading Qatari newspaper Al Sharq has published an article dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality. Al Sharq draws attention to the fact that on December 12, 2025, an international forum dedicated to the Year of Peace and Trust, the International Day of Neutrality, and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutral status will be held in Ashgabat. The article also notes that Turkmenistan regularly puts forward important initiatives at the UN General Assembly aimed at strengthening global stability, sustainable development, and international security.
