This system ensures efficient information exchange between state institutions, increases transparency, and creates wide opportunities for expanding the number of electronic services for citizens and entrepreneurs. Cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme has made it possible to implement important initiatives aimed at developing digital infrastructure, creating an innovative ecosystem, and supporting technological entrepreneurship.
Special attention is given to enhancing the qualifications of civil servants through training, seminars, and international experience exchange, as well as to preparing specialists for effective public administration.
Moreover, international cooperation is expanding with leading educational and technological centers such as the E-governance Academy, Innopolis University, and other innovative project platforms. This opens opportunities for experience exchange, joint scientific research, and participation of Turkmen specialists in global digital initiatives.”

Following the meeting, participants emphasized the importance of continuing international projects, sharing experience, and implementing long-term initiatives aimed at strengthening Turkmenistan’s digital infrastructure and improving the quality of public services.
