From November 12 to 14, 2025, Turkmenistan will host two large-scale international events — the “Turkmentel–2025” International Exhibition and Scientific Conference and the International Forum and Exhibition “International Transport Corridors: Interconnection and Development-2025.”
For the first time, these two major forums will be held on one platform, providing participants with a unique opportunity to exchange experience and ideas on the development of the digital and innovative economy, modernization of the transport system, information and communication technologies, smart cities, and production efficiency.
The event will bring together government representatives, major international organizations, global companies, scientists, experts, and entrepreneurs from Turkmenistan and a wide range of countries, including Russia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium, Monaco, Luxembourg, France, Finland, the UAE, Turkey, Japan, China, Singapore, Cyprus, Estonia, Belarus, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Afghanistan.
Among the expected participants are the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications (RCC), and leading global companies such as IBM, Juniper Networks, Nokia, Huawei, Thales, Mitsubishi Corporation, SSI Monaco, Turksat, Alstom, China Academy of Space Technology (CAST), and others.
A key focus of the forum will be the expansion of international cooperation in science, technology, artificial intelligence, Big Data, blockchain, and cybersecurity.
Forum events and special sessions
The program will feature several specialized events, including:
the Fintech Forum “The Role of Financial Technologies in Turkmenistan’s Digital Development”, organized by Dialogue Events Ltd (United Kingdom); the International Startup Forum Turkmenistan 2025, supported by the UNDP; the ITU training seminar “Digital Transformation of Public Administration: From Digital Registers to the Implementation of Artificial Intelligence.”
In addition, the Digital Solution–2025 innovation project competition will be held, promoting new developments in digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and robotics.
The annual contest for young scientists and students will cover areas such as AI, robotics, smart agricultural technologies, digital healthcare, and e-education. The awards ceremony for the winners of Digital Solution–2025 will take place during the Turkmentel–2025 conference.
Focus on transport connectivity and logistics
Within the framework of the combined forum, participants will also discuss the development of international transport corridors, the creation of new logistics solutions, and enhancing the efficiency of transport systems.
Turkmenistan, which consistently initiates and implements projects to strengthen transport and communication connectivity, continues to reinforce its role as a vital link in the global logistics network.
A platform for innovation and cooperation
The Turkmentel–2025 Exhibition and Conference will serve as an open international platform for knowledge exchange, innovation, and high technologies, identifying new directions for mutually beneficial cooperation and the implementation of joint projects.
