“Türkmengaz” Announces an Open Tender for the Procurement of Equipment and Electrical Products

The State Concern “Türkmengaz” announces an open tender No. T/GAZ-26 for the procurement of material and technical resources for the needs of the Concern from October 21, 2025, to December 1, 2025.
Only participants who are manufacturers of the goods (subject to compliance with other requirements established by the tender documentation) are eligible to participate in the tender.
Lot No. 2 – General Plant Equipment Lot No. 3 – Electrical Products
Interested parties may, at the following address: Ashgabat, 1939, Archabil Avenue, 56, 13th floor, Management of the State Concern “Türkmengaz”:
Submit a written application (applications from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted) expressing their intention to participate in the tender, specifying the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, and company details;
Familiarize themselves with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works, and Provision of Services for State Needs,” the extract from the “Rules of Tendering,” and the list of documents required for participation in the tender;
Obtain the lot specifications, technical requirements, and main contract conditions.
A payment invoice of USD 500 (five hundred US dollars) or its equivalent in manat (excluding VAT and bank charges) per lot will be issued for participation in the tender on a non-refundable basis.

Tender proposals will be accepted until 15:00 local time on December 1, 2025. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
The payment account will be provided upon submission of a written application.
A single sealed envelope containing the complete tender proposal (quotation), certified with a wax seal, must be delivered to the above address from the date of announcement and will be considered only after payment has been received.
The tender envelope must also include an electronic version of the application form, main contract terms (in Word format), and the technical-economic specification (in Excel format).
