Ashgabat, July 24 | ORIENT. Turkmenistan continues to implement an important social initiative – the program “Improving the Competitiveness of Women in the Private Sector of the Labor Market of Turkmenistan”. The project, implemented by the Union of Economists of Turkmenistan with the support of the European Union and the methodological assistance of the public association “Achievements of the Young People of Turkmenistan”, offers women a unique opportunity to receive free training and develop the skills necessary to successfully start their own business.

A Comprehensive Approach to Women's Business Development

The main goal of the program is to significantly increase women's competitiveness in the labor market and help them start a profitable business. The training includes a wide range of topics developed by leading certified trainers and experienced experts. Participants will master key aspects of entrepreneurship, business planning and financial management. Particular attention is paid to the legal basis for doing business, business ethics, development of leadership and communication skills, as well as emotional intelligence.

The program also covers modern innovative technologies in business, effective employment tools and methods for promoting your own business in the media space. This is a comprehensive approach designed to arm future entrepreneurs with all the necessary knowledge to confidently enter the market.

Opportunities for Female Residents of Ashgabat, Akhal and Balkan velayats

Currently, we are actively recruiting participants from Ashgabat, Akhal and Balkan velayats. For residents of the capital, trainings are scheduled for August 12-13 and 15-16, and for those living in Turkmenbashi, classes will be held on August 22-23.

This project is a significant step in stimulating female entrepreneurship in the country. It opens up new horizons for women who want to realize their potential, contribute to economic development and become successful in the private sector.
