The online state services portal of Turkmenistan, e.gov.tm, offers an online appointment scheduling system for the State Migration Service. This system allows users to select a convenient time in advance for biometric passport processing or for visiting heads of relevant departments and divisions.

Prior to submitting an application, it is important to consider several simple rules:

It is recommended to arrive at the location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

In case of lateness, re-registration in the system will be required.
