On behalf of the tender commission, the State Concern "Türkmennebit" announces open tender No. 173 for the procurement of the following lot, with the participation of manufacturers and participants who are exclusive distributors of manufacturers:

Lot No. 2 – General plant, technological, and drilling equipment

You are invited to submit an application (applications from participants registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted) indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, and contact details to the following address: Turkmenistan, Ashgabat city, Archabil Shayoly, 56, 4th floor, SC "Türkmennebit"; and to:

– Familiarize yourselves with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Work, and Provision of Services for State Needs," an excerpt from the "Rules for Conducting a Tender," and a list of documents required for participation in the tender.

– Obtain the lot specification, technical requirements, and basic terms of the contract.

– Obtain an invoice for the payment of funds in the amount of 575 US dollars (including VAT) or its equivalent in Turkmen manats per lot for participation in the tender on a non-refundable basis.

All interested potential suppliers are eligible to participate in the aforementioned tender.

All necessary information can be downloaded from the following websites: www. turkmennebit. gov.tm, www.oilgas.gov.tm or obtained at the address indicated above.

Tender proposals will be accepted within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of official publication of this tender announcement in the "Neutral Turkmenistan" newspaper, but no later than 16:00 (local time) on the 30th working day. Proposals received after the aforementioned deadline will not be considered.

The bank account details for the transfer of funds will be provided upon submission of a written application. One sealed envelope containing the complete tender proposal, certified with a mastic seal, must be delivered to the address indicated above from the date of publication of the announcement and will be accepted for consideration after the funds have been credited to the account.

The tender envelope must obligatorily include an electronic version of the questionnaire, the basic terms of the contract (in "Word" format), and the technical and economic specification (in "Excel" format).
