During a session of the Cabinet of Ministers, a report was presented on the cultural events planned for May of the current year. The Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, B. Seyidova, reported on a comprehensive program dedicated to a number of significant dates and events.

It was announced that May 2025 will be marked by numerous conferences, creative meetings, competitions, exhibitions, and song and musical celebrations. These events will be held within the framework of the celebration of the declaration of the current year as the "International Year of Peace and Trust," the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, Victory Day, the Day of the Constitution and the State Flag of the country, Ashgabat City Day, and the Turkmen Carpet Holiday. Additionally, the results of previously announced creative competitions will be summarized in May.

A special place in the cultural program will be occupied by the Days of Culture of the State of Libya in Turkmenistan, the international festival "Melody of Peace" as well as joint performances by artists from France, Italy, and Turkmenistan, which will take place at the Palace of Mukams of the State Cultural Center.
