Large-scale construction and a vision of the future: 21st century cities as a growth point for investment

Thanks to modernization and technical re-equipment, the construction complex of Turkmenistan is now capable of implementing truly large-scale projects. Along with large industrial facilities, modern comfortable residential complexes, schools and kindergartens equipped with advanced technologies, high-class medical centers, and sports facilities are being actively built throughout the country. But the special pride and a clear example of the investment capacity of the industry is the creation of modern cities and towns that fully meet international standards.

Turkmenistan's strategy in the field of urban development is aimed at the future. Today, active preparation of proposals and development of projects for the construction of new cities, towns, and "smart" cities based on high technologies is already underway. These visionary plans for the development of territories open up the broadest investment opportunities for foreign companies specializing in the field of design, construction, implementation of innovative solutions, creation of intellectual infrastructure and supply of modern materials. Participation in these projects is not just an investment in square meters, it is a contribution to the formation of the appearance of cities of the future and the sustainable development of the country.

Arkadag City: A Successful Model and Proof of Feasibility of Plans

The most striking example of the feasibility of the most daring urban development plans is the city of Arkadag, a unique project built in record time on the initiative of the National Leader of the Turkmen people. In just a few years, the first stage of this modern city was built, integrating advanced architectural, construction and digital technologies. The successful commissioning of the first stage of urban infrastructure facilities and the rapid pace of construction of the second stage of Arkadag clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of Turkmenistan's state investment policy and the potential for investors willing to work in such a dynamic and supportive environment.

The development of the construction industry is also inextricably linked with the modernization of transport infrastructure, which is a priority of state policy. The construction of high-speed highways, such as Ashgabat-Turkmenabat, not only increases connectivity within the country, but also strengthens its position as an important transit corridor. Road construction and transport infrastructure modernization projects also represent significant investment opportunities that contribute to the development of the entire economy, including urban development.
