Through the Unified Portal of State Electronic Services and Functions of Turkmenistan «e.gov.tm» of the "Turkmenaragatnashyk" Agency of the Agency of Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, you can conveniently pay for internet, telephone, IP-television, and services of Belet, Turkmenistan's leading online cinema, without leaving your residence.

Simply navigate to the "Communication Services" section of the Portal and select the required service.
