Turkmenistan and the International Center for Transport Diplomacy agreed on cooperation
17.04.2025 | 23:50 |On April 17, Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov met with Executive Secretary of the International Center for Transport Diplomacy Igor Runov at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The parties noted that one of the key areas of bilateral relations is the further improvement of the legal and logistical framework for international transportation.
It was emphasized that Turkmenistan consistently adheres to the course of expanding international cooperation in the transport sector, which is one of the priorities of the country's state policy.
Mutual interest was expressed in finding new promising areas of cooperation that will enrich interaction in the transport sector.
In this context, it is worth noting the active role of Turkmenistan in the creation and development of international transport corridors that contribute to the strengthening of regional and interregional ties, as well as the importance of exchanging experience and expert knowledge to create favorable conditions for the growth of international trade and economic development.
