According to the Memorandum, the Turkmen higher education institution and the Nippon Foundation's project, "JACAFA" will jointly select scholarship recipients for educational opportunities.

The Nippon Foundation is a Japanese grant-making organization. Established in 1962, it collaborates with organizations globally to accelerate social innovation, fostering equitable opportunities for present and future generations.
