Oriented on making people closer

The State Concern "Turkmenhimiya" has emerged as the leader in Turkmenistan's construction and industrial complex based on the results of the first quarter of 2025, demonstrating a plan fulfillment rate for production and works at 127.1%. This information was disclosed at a Cabinet of Ministers meeting held on April 5th under the chairmanship of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, where Deputy Prime Minister Baymyrat Annamammedov presented a report on the complex's activities for the first three months of the current year.

According to the report, the construction and industrial complex of Turkmenistan as a whole fulfilled its plan for production and completed works by 115.9%.

Among other agencies within the complex, the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production also demonstrated strong performance, fulfilling its plan by 120.5%. The Ministry of Construction and Architecture reported a plan fulfillment rate of 112.8%, and the Ministry of Energy reported 104.4%.

The presented data indicate a positive growth dynamic in Turkmenistan's construction and industrial complex during the first quarter of 2025, with the "Turkmenhimiya" concern showing the most significant increase in the fulfillment of planned targets.
