China Eastern Airlines unveils new airport service centers ahead of 2025 Asian Winter Games

China Eastern Airlines, a leading Chinese aviation company, has officially inaugurated seven arrival and departure service centers at major Chinese airports. This initiative aims to provide high-quality services to airline passengers during the upcoming 9th Asian Winter Games in Harbin, scheduled to commence on February 7, 2025, in the capital of China's northernmost province of Heilongjiang.

The centers are strategically located at the airports of Harbin, Shanghai, Beijing, Xi'an in Shaanxi province, Guangzhou in Guangdong province, and Urumqi in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of Northwest China.

As the official aviation services partner for the event, China Eastern Airlines will operate the service centers until February 17. The airline anticipates the first peak in specialized services around January 31, when daily arrival volumes may exceed 100 passengers.

It is worth noting that this year's Winter Asian Games coincide with China's Spring Festival. The airline is offering special passenger escort services. For instance, international travelers with a transit time of less than 80 minutes and domestic travelers with a transit time of less than 60 minutes will receive personalized recommendations to ensure a comfortable journey.
