Last week, 17 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan. The total value of foreign currency transactions exceeded 18 million 21 thousand US dollars.

For foreign currency, entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates and Turkey purchased urea produced by the "Turkmenhimiya" State Concern. Denim products and cotton fiber were also sold for foreign currency. The purchasing countries were the United Arab Emirates and Kyrgyzstan.

The total value of domestic transactions amounted to more than 38 million 303 thousand manats. Turkmen businesspersons purchased road bitumen, base oil, and polypropylene produced at the technological installations of the "Turkmennebit" State Concern, as well as cotton yarn and textile waste for the domestic market.
