According to Tokayev, the council will operate under his leadership and will become a strategic platform for dialogue and exchange of views with global experts.
The main focus will be on the formation of an institutional framework, infrastructure and the development of human capital. An important aspect of the council's work will be the training of highly qualified specialists, since the success of AI implementation depends on the qualifications of developers and users of technologies.
Stressing that AI is one of the key driving forces of modern progress, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev called for cooperation in various fields, including scientific research and the establishment of ethical standards.
AlemAI, a center for advanced technologies, has been established in Kazakhstan, which will unite the best global practices and promote the implementation of innovative solutions. In the field of education, the country has introduced the innovative Al-Sana program, which is designed to promote the development of human capital in the field of AI.
