Oriented on making people closer

On January 15, 2025, the International Trade and Investment Conference on the theme "New 2025 and New Opportunities", organized by “Beijing Huahe International Business Consulting Co., Ltd.”, took place at the “Grand Metropark Hotel Beijing” in Beijing.

The event was attended by heads and representatives of diplomatic corps, international organizations, business associations, institutions, and companies accredited in China. Among the attendees were the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to China, P. Durdyev, Trade Representative Sh. Batyrov, as well as leaders and representatives of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and its member enterprises.

Prior to the conference, an exhibition was held in the hotel foyer, where guests viewed exhibits showcasing completed and planned projects in trade, investment, and services. A meeting of the Silk Road Economic Alliance also took place among business representatives.

During the conference, speakers highlighted the role of Beijing Huahe International Business Consulting Co., Ltd., the Silk Road Economic Alliance, and the China-SCO Institute of Economic and Trade in promoting cooperation between China and foreign countries in all areas.

In his address, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the PRC, Parahat Durdyev, spoke about the events held in 2024 to mark the 300th anniversary of the birth of the poet Magtymguly Fragi, as well as the publication of a collection of his poems in Chinese. In this context, he focused on the new book by the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, “Magtymguly Pyragy – dünýäniň akyldary” (“Magtymguly Fragi – Sage of the World”). The diplomat noted that this year, which is being held under the slogan "International Year of Peace and Trust," Turkmenistan will celebrate the 30th anniversary of its Neutrality. He particularly emphasized the importance of Turkmenistan's initiative "Dialogue – Guarantee of Peace" in strengthening international cooperation.

Furthermore, the Ambassador provided detailed information about the country's economy, trade and investment opportunities, and projects of specialized organizations. He stated that Turkmenistan has created all the necessary conditions for establishing cooperation with Chinese companies and urged participants to take advantage of the favorable opportunities offered by the Turkmen market for foreign investment.

Participation in forums and exhibitions listed in the schedule of the Ministries and administrative departments regarding exhibitions, fairs, conferences, and festivals in 2025 will give impetus to establishing partnerships.

During the event, a representative of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, Begench Arazov, presented information on the Union's capabilities. He noted that currently, Union members, private entrepreneurs, are actively involved in implementing projects of specialized organizations of Turkmenistan. He also emphasized that entrepreneurs, business associations, and private enterprises that are members of the Union produce new high-quality and competitive products. At the same time, he called for cooperation from businesspeople, investors, and companies engaged in export and import activities.

According to the organizers' program, until January 17, guests will visit the provinces of Shandong, Hebei, and Henan and familiarize themselves with the capabilities of local companies.
