The GIS "ORFI" system will allow students (candidates, applicants, and those who have not yet enrolled as students) from other countries to apply for studies in Russia and monitor the admissions process online. The GIS "ORFI" provides multilingual support to resolve organizational and everyday issues during the admission and study process. It is a free, government-run platform designed to attract foreign citizens and compatriots living abroad to study at Russian universities.
The GIS "ORFI" system allows candidates (foreign nationals) to:
Choose a university and an educational program based on their capabilities and development prospects.
Submit applications and documents from anywhere in the world, remotely attend interviews and testing, submit complaints and appeals, and track their resolution.
Receive information on living in Russia, including notifications on visa extension, migration registration, and residential registration.
Use the marketplace for additional services (health insurance, student discounts, etc.).
