Turkmen-Japanese relations - an example of successful cooperation and great prospects

Diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and Japan were established on April 22, 1992. The first years were marked by the establishment of common areas of cooperation, mutual high-level visits and discussions of prospects for the development of bilateral relations. Since then, relations between the two countries have developed steadily and constructively.
Today, the Turkmen-Japanese dialogue is an example of successful interaction between countries with different cultural and historical traditions. Both sides are interested in further developing the partnership and see great potential in it.
