The Fire Safety Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan notified TMCELL subscribers via SMS about the importance of following fire safety rules in the winter.

The message reminds Turkmen people to check that electrical and gas appliances are turned off before leaving home or work, and to be careful when using them.
