Uzbekistan Presents AI Development Strategy to UN
02.12.2024 | 13:30 |Uzbekistan has unveiled its National Artificial Intelligence Development Strategy for 2030 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
The event was attended by high-ranking officials, including UN leadership, experts, and members of the diplomatic corps.
In addition to outlining the strategy's key directions, participants were briefed on Uzbekistan's significant reforms and advancements in the field of artificial intelligence.
The strategy envisions increasing the volume of software products and services based on artificial intelligence to $1.5 billion, establishing ten research laboratories, and developing a regulatory framework to support these technologies.
Furthermore, the Republic plans to create a computational and technical infrastructure for data processing.
