Oriented on making people closer

On October 16-20, 2024, the rector of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University visited Beijing and Xi'an, People's Republic of China to discuss the development of cooperation between the China University of Petroleum, Xi'an University of Petroleum and Hebei Petroleum Vocational and Technical University.

On October 17 there was organized a meeting at Xi'an University of Petroleum with the university's faculty and students. At the meeting the educational and research activities planned to be carried out in the Lu Ban Workshop, the areas of bachelor's degree training, and the equipment to be installed in the workshop were discussed.

On October 18 a five-party Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University, Xi'an Petroleum University, Hebei Petroleum Vocational and Technical University, China National Petroleum Corporation and the China Association for International Educational Exchange on the opening of the Lu Ban workshop in Turkmenistan, and areas of cooperation were discussed either.

on October 19 the rector of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University, the China University of Petroleum and the Center for Chinese-foreign languages Exchange and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education of China discussed the draft Agreement on the establishment of the Turkmen-Chinese Energy Training Center, as well as the draft Charter of the international educational program “Two Diplomas” and the curriculum of the center.
