Telegram will open an office in Kazakhstan.

This was stated by Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic Jaslan Madiyev following meetings with representatives of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and large American companies such as Meta and Apple, Kazinform reports.

At the meetings, issues of data security, combating fake accounts and protecting users were discussed.

Telegram messenger was founded in 2013 by Pavel and Nikolai Durov. The application allows you to share text, voice and video messages, as well as stickers, photos and files in many formats.
