From October 1 to 3, the Dubai World Trade exhibition center in the UAE is hosting the International Exhibition "Water, Energy, Technology, and Environment" (WETEX 2024). As part of the Turkmen mission, teachers and students from the International Oil and Gas University named after Yagshygeldi Kakayev have been delegated to participate.

It should be noted that in 2022, Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University, State Concern “Turkmennebit” and “Dragon Oil (Turkmenistan) Ltd” signed an agreement on cooperation in science and education.
