In the final match of the 20th World Club Championship, Josep Guardiola's wards defeated Fluminense football club from Brazil with a score of 4:0. The game was held at the King Abdullah Sports City stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Manchester City have demonstrated their skills from the very beginning. Already in the first minute, striker Julian Alvarez sent the ball into the opponent's goal. And at the break, Manchester City left with a 2-0 advantage after Fluminense defender Mota Filho sent the ball into his own net in the 27th minute. In the second half, Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden scored the third goal for the team, and Alvarez scored the fourth goal in the 89th minute.
Thus, the head coach of the football club from England, Josep Guardiola, became the first coach to win four FIFA World Cup club titles, overtaking Italian Carlo Ancelotti, who has three titles on his account.

The winners of the continental club competitions took part in the FIFA Club World Cup, which was held from December 12 to 22 in Saudi Arabia. The current winner was Spanish Real Madrid.
