Touch-sensitive information kiosks have been installed at border customs posts of Turkmenistan
Information kiosks with touch-screen monitors have been installed at border customs posts of Turkmenistan, which provide information on the rules of customs clearance of goods. As stated in the message of the State Customs Service, this measure is provided for by the program for the development of the departmental system, which includes automation of the activities of customs posts and their equipment with modern information and customer service systems.
Information kiosks are interactive help terminals. Information on the amounts of customs duties and charges, as well as other customs procedures, is available in Turkmen, Russian, English and Turkish, as well as in the national languages of the border countries.
Monitors with a multilingual interface and detailed reference information are installed for the convenience of foreign drivers involved in international transportation.
