The V Vienna Ball will be held in Arkadag on October 11 at 18:00 near the city administration building. The event was organized by the Turkmen-Austrian Society with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan under the patronage of the Mayor of the Austrian capital Michael Ludwig. This was reported to ORIENT by the head of the Turkmen-Austrian Society, Neda Berger.
The head of the society emphasized that this is the first ball to be held in the new city, and its guests will be business delegates from Austria, members of the Vienna City administration, cultural and artistic figures, including the winner of the main dance competition of the capital of the republic, modern ballet dancer Demitor Stefanin.
The arrival of the Turkmen-Austrian Orchestra is also expected, which will give a concert at the Mukam Palace of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan on October 12 under the direction of Professor Wolfgang Harer and Rasul Klychev. During the events, issues of cooperation between the business circles of the two states will also be discussed.
The main celebrations will be opened after the welcome address of the Mayor of Vienna. Then dance groups from Austria will perform as part of the ball.
