On Monday, a celebration in honor of the Kingdom's National Day was held at the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Turkmenistan.

...Recall that, despite the numerous economic problems faced by the countries of the world, the economy of Saudi Arabia for two consecutive years recorded an increase in gross domestic product to 8.7%, showing the highest growth rate among the G20 countries, the G20 club of governments and heads of central banks of states with the most developed and developing economies.

In addition, one more thing: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was one of the first countries to recognize the independence of Turkmenistan and establish diplomatic relations with it on February 22, 1992. Since the establishment of mutually beneficial relations, our countries have demonstrated that effective bilateral cooperation has great potential, and today is reaching a qualitatively new level.

...Accepting congratulations, the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia Said Bin Osman Suwayda emphasized that relations between the Kingdom and Turkmenistan demonstrate progressive development in all areas. Our fraternal countries have many common historical, cultural and civilizational values, customs, traditions and much in common in the field of national heritage.

– Saudi Arabia and Turkmenistan," the Ambassador of the Kingdom continued, "Are striving to reach wider horizons of cooperation in order to achieve common interests on a solid foundation. Turkmenistan is achieving prosperous growth in all areas, pursues a wise and balanced policy, plays a key regional and international role, thanks to its strategic location, vast natural resources and neutral policy, which has allowed it to develop relations with all countries of the world.

At the celebration, on behalf of and on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, Deputy Prime Minister Batyr Amanov congratulated, who said that active political ties and meetings held at the highest level are a solid foundation for the further development of Turkmen-Saudi relations.
