"Quick start, low intensity of exercises, convenience for beginners" — this is the general idea of pickleball. In this regard, pickball has practically replaced frisbee and has become a new popular sport all over the world.
Pickleball is a sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. It can be mastered quickly, it is accessible to people of all ages and training levels, it is simple and fun, in this regard, the media even contrast it with tennis, which is associated with complexity and snobbery. But its main feature is that this is a sport for everyone – stars and housewives, millionaires and pensioners enthusiastically play it.

In pickleball, rackets are used, very similar to table tennis rackets, only more square and with a larger surface, and instead of a ball, a polymer ball, slightly smaller than a tennis ball, bright colors, with holes to slow down sliding, weighing little, not to mention that it does not bounce off the ground. It is made exactly like this and from those materials for two reasons, and one of them we have already disclosed.
On the one hand, if we make a bad throw and the ball bounces off one of the players, it will not lead to damage or injury. On the other hand, the holes cause the ball to lose aerodynamics and slide more slowly through the air. This contributes to the fact that pickleball can be played by people of any physical condition, level of alertness, reflexes, etc.

Due to the growing influx of pickleball players, many sports brands have started to enter a new market. Adidas, FILA and Lululemon have even created a separate "Pickleball" category.
The International Pickleball Federation now has more than 60 member countries, which meets the criteria for obtaining the status of an Olympic sport. By 2030, pickleball is projected to be played by about 40 million people worldwide.
