The Agency of Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan became a participant of the ministerial and a number of meetings on the sidelines of the forum. In particular, negotiations were held between the Turkmen side and ITF Secretary General Yang Tae Kim, during which the possibility and benefits of Turkmenistan joining the ITF were considered.
